1 of your representatives was not wearing a mask while he was at his desk, that made in uncomfortable, i know he was alone BUT we are all in an enclosed space, he was an african american man with no hair, he was talking to a coworker behing her desk by the entry, where the cars are inside and the waiting room. Also, another repesentative was wearing the mask with the nose outside. Other than that all was perfect
