1. I wasn’t notified you’d be keeping my car overnight until I called and asked what was taking so long
2. There’s something wrong with the map you use for Lyft. I had a driver cancel on me and had to walk several blocks down the road to be picked up because the map was not leading to my address.
3. Your associates were not apologetic for either of these things.

Angela is absolutely amazing. She has done everything and explained everything as requested but for the life of me I have never heard of a tire completely damaged by low tire pressure. It was absolutely new, aligned and installed by your team and because of low tire pressure it no longer seals?? Angela has been great but I cannot accept your tires irreparably damaged from low tire pressure. I bought the car from you but I'll go elsewhere if this simple to me replacement is not repaired at no expense. That means to me that the tires you sold me are defective. If I have to replace them, I'll go elsewhere than trust my daughters safety to defective tires. Thanks for your concern but unless you can convince me that those tires are safe and I won't experience the same thing in the future I will replace them at another dealership or establishment. Thank you for your assistance addressing this one way or the other. Your appreciation is greatly obliged.
