A few things bothered me:
1 There was not much communication between myself and the personal. I’m not sure why a scheduled oil change took nearly 2 hours. Your online registration system is Not User Friendly! If there was a wait time why did you allow me to schedule this time?
2 It was recommended I get new tires, yet I bought them at this dealer, and they are not even close to the Suggested lifespan of the Tires. The tires are terrible in quality as they have displayed wear from 15000 miles on.
I believe you have lost a customer. Your service is not good, your online registration is terrible and you have consistently dissatisfied with your products. I have owned 2 other Honda Cars, I believe this will be my last.
You should take a look at HB Toyota yo the street, and do what they do! So much better than your dealer in almost every way...

Norm Reeves did an excellent job on my oil change and the multi point inspection. The price is reasonable and the quality is good. Lilia Cielo did an excellent job explaining what was gonna be done on my vehicle. I knew my vehicle was gonna be in good hands.
