My splash shield was supposed to be replaced because it fell off.
After getting my car serviced.. I drove home and still heard scraping. I checked under my car and it appears they did not fully assemble it tightly. I paid $230 for this service that was not completely done right! Please contact me ASAP.
I’d like to come in Monday morning as early as possible.

Service was excellent and done in a timely manner. However, when I got home, I noticed a small stain in my front seat that I don't believe was there before the service. I have the white interior, so it's pretty noticeable. I will probably just clean it myself, but you might want to make sure your technicians are a bit more careful in the future.
