I called at 7:30am on a Monday after a holiday and you got me in same day at 1pm, A1 service time estimate was 1.5 hrs, ended up being 1.0, so outstanding job by your crew. The waiting room and workspace area was adequate as well and clean. Thanks for the free coffee. I never ever get to see this end of the business. I built Honda & Acura vehicles at 1 plants for 20 years and for the last 12 years I ran the production floor for around 1300 associates and ensured all the Quality standards were met, my cars were done by our service center so thank you for great service for the brand.

**** great But previuosly was given wrong information on your batteries. He explained. Bought new one, lock cover replaced found lock will not accept key. As we never have used it, feel defective from factory. New battery, no radio or dash lights. Not happy.
