They worked so long on getting the diagnosis of the problem, that the headlight was not replaced. But Kevin jumped into action immediately to make sure that was done before I left. I keep all records of maintenance when I take my vehicle in.
I bought my car from your dealership and have brought it back for the maintenance when they are needed. Taking a look at my previous maintenance records, done 6 months ago (11,000 miles ago) I notice information filled out on your maintenance forms that are very concerning. These concerns make me wonder if your dealerships mechanics are doing there job correctly. This has led me to possibly look else where for when maintenance needs to be done on my vehicle.
