I was not Informed that my vehicle wasn’t ready until I called after 5 o’clock and was told it was still up on the lift and the technician had left for the day. I was told that there was no loaner cars and if I called enterprise that the dealership would reimburse me by this time it was too late to Get to enterprise. My suggestion keep the customer informed So that they won’t be stranded when they have no ride

Was promised a wait time of less than two hours for an oil change and first scheduled maintenance, actual time was three hours. I was expecting my vehicle to be washed as I was noticing other vehicles being brought out of service washed when released to the customer. Would have appreciated timely updates for status.
