Hans was courteous and extremely helpful. I rarely go to dealership for service but when you get serviced by people like Hans, I would now consider visiting the dealership more often for service. I highly appreciate the complimentary car wash. I often detail my car, the people at the dealership left my car looking brand new. That said, I find that the entire experience was pleasant and will always recommend to my friends and family, Hans and the folks at the dealership. Thank you.

Unfortunately,I never met matthew Garrett as my car was brought into the service Dept by a tow truck. I assume everything that should have been checked was. I had some very personal difficulties related to the return of my car and he went totally out of his way to the extent that his actions interfered with his personal time to help me resolve my situation.
