When I went to the dealer I told them about a problem with a ticking noise and after they “serviced it” they didn’t tell me anything about the problem I was having not to mention they were backed up it took them 4 hours to service my car and I had an appointment at 10 horrible service

Kevin was great, he saw that I hadn’t been there in awhile and I told him I had a couple of bad experiences, I called the service manager twice and never called me back.
