I signed to the knowledge of my car getting a full inspection. That's hard to believe when I'm leaving your dealership still feeling unsafe. Not to mention, your mechanic can't even figure out the cars problem smh not even a little satisfied

One of my tires was at 2 and Vivian Didn’t even offer to change it. I got there at 1:15 pm and she said it would take 1-1.15 but I waited for 2 hours just for a oil and filter change. She didn’t even come and see me
To tell me it would be late. Now I have to come back another day soon because the tires are at 2. I pay a lot for your services and some of yservice
Advisors don’t care.

Cheyne Riggs was professional , attentive and knowledgeable. Dropped off car at 7:30am for oil change and tires rotation. Car was ready at 9:45am. Two hours service time seems too long considering it was basic maintenance and car was first in line. Overall, Cheyne Riggs’s satisfying customer service made it a positive experience
