I have had the pleasure of working with directly Viviana as my service advisor for several visits now. My experiences with her have always been nothing but satisfactory. She patiently listens to my concerns and way of explanation with unique descriptors no doubt, all without judgment. Viviana is quite knowledgeable in my humble opinion and her responses are always clear and easy to understand. I leave the dealership knowing with exactly what to expect upon my return. This was visit was not a small service repair and I appreciate every effort put forth by Viviana. Job well done to her and the behind the scenes team involved.
