After I left my driver seat heats up without the seat heater being on this was not an issue prior to coming In and even when calling no one in service will come to the line to even hear what you have to say

Having to wait for more than 2hrs was not my good experience with the Service. Although the customer service was excellent, having to wait for such a long time for a simple oil change was just not too good. Also, I didn't see lot of cars on the Hyundai service line but still took more than 2hrs. I would have a 5 star for the customer service person but a 3 star rating for too long wait for a simple service.

When we bought our new CR-V the 2nd key was missing. After a week without the key we made an appointment to come in and have a new key programs. I was told it would be a half an hour process. When I arrived the service Mgr told me it might take a little longer. Two hours later I got my new key. Everyone was nice but I didn’t have an extra two hours that day.

I have had problems with honesty and work done from Weir Canyon Honda. So it has made me skeptical of dealers and there character. And sometimes i question the job, if it was really done correctly or at all. So i cant really say that i am 100% happy with the job. I am hoping this dealership is truly honest and has integrity and is good in communication and always doing the right think and puts its customers first in all situations. A person does not actually know if the job was done right or at all without actually watching the work being done. So i don't feel that asking me this question is really something i can answer with all confidence. I don't know if there were any mishaps or problems and i am not sure if you would tell me if there was. As far as Matthew goes, he is very good at his job in my opinion. At least today. Dealing with him was a pleasure and he was very good.
