I left my cell number, never got a call on it that my car was ready 1/2 hour after I dropped it off, was told it would take about 1 1/2 to 2 hours, so I walked around the city. When I got home there was a message that my car was ready and the call came in at 8:30, half an hour after I dropped it off. Message was left at home ph rather than cell which was given to them.

Sean was awesome! You were swamped when I arrived for my appointment. Sean apologized and told me he’d be with me as soon as he could. I also had questions about my navigation map update. The service was done in a very timely matter & Sean went out of his way to communicate to me and also print up instructions on how I could get my maps updated. Great customer service.
