I received Tier 1 customer service from Hemanshu and his team. From the first time i walked into the service department to the time my vehicle repairs were completed, I was treated like a VIP. I’m was so impressed with the level of Professionalism and communication that I received. I never had to call in to find out what was going on with my vehicle, Hemanshu kept in touch with me regularly to give me updates. My vehicle needed a new engine and transmission so it was at the dealership a bit longer than a normal repair, but not excessively long. So the communication I received was impressive and very much appreciated. I would highly recommend Norm Reeves Hyundai!!!

I have had no good luck with the car so far. But as far as the customer service, Ms.Angela Stewart has been outstanding with her service. She has went above and beyond with her services. The car had been there three times within 2 months and still same issue until last night. Hoping it’s finally repaired. But her services meet above standards.

You had to keep my car all day. Whereas I appreciate the free Uber ride home, I had no way of coming back to pick up my car. I live alone. I had to ask a neighbor to drive me back to pick up my car. Since my car is still under warranty, I feel you should have giving me a loaner for the day, at the very least another free Uber ride back to pick up my car. The whole day was very inconvenient for me.

In a year of a pandemic where funds are short when someone comes in to have their oil changed I don't expect to end up paying over $300.00 for many other things that were done. I only asked for 1 thing other thing to be done. That was to remove those little mirrors from my side mirrors. What really makes me mad is that you dare to charge me for washer fluid which is something I do myself. Now I'm looking over this receipt & it says customer declines two tires. The tires were discussed & she told me I could get them next year. I am really angry.

My frustration was with the time it took to put everything together (receiving process, rental car arrangement) seemed to be very time consuming. I know you do a lot of volume and I appreciate the work that was done. The truck seems to be running well now. I don’t mean to complain, I just have a very busy schedule.
