Rafael and the service manager went above and beyond to take care of my truck. A mistake was made and the bed liner was not in stock so instead of making me come back without a liner they pulled it from a vehicle on the sales floor and put it in my truck. Very much appreciated.

It’s so nice to be greeted by a happy person with a smile. Doesn’t happen often in most dealership service departments in my experience. We need more people like her to make everyone’s service check in experience great. I really appreciated her awesome work ethics. She deserves a customer service award in my opinion.
