The person who checked me in was very polite and kind. I do not understand why it took over 90 minutes to fill my tires with air and change a wiper blade. I also don’t know why there was some kind of glue left on the inside of my windshield, nor why there was oil splashed all over the bottom rubber trim of the outside of my
car. I didn’t stick around to tell anyone because I was late to pick up my daughter.
