Cheyne was very kind and patient with all my questions and concerns about my service and upcoming ABS recall for my Tucson. I know it’s not always possible to estimate when your car will be ready during service because anything can happen, but my car was ready exactly when Cheyne said it would be. I can probably go to a service center closer to my home in Glendale bu,t I choose to travel to Cerritos, because I knew I was going to get top level service.

Poor communication. Nice guy, but said he was too busy to return my 2 voicemail messages inquiring about the status of my car. Not good. I left a message for the service manager too when I couldn’t get in touch with Mr. Anton. The service manager never returned my call either. To be honest, that’s just a lousy way to treat a customer who is getting more than $700 worth of work on their car. Poor customer service. Toyota’s service is far better!

Gabriela provided exceptional customer service during my visit. There was a delay in the delivery of my tires, the logistics of which were outside of her control. However, she never made any excuse for the situation, displaying both integrity and strength of character, and she consistently gave honest and helpful updates about the status of my car. Her behavior not only made me feel like I was valued as a customer, but also allowed me to plan my day accordingly. In doing so, she recognized and respected the importance of my time and turned an unexpected situation into one that was much more bearable.
