Cindy is a powerhouse and hands down, the best service writer I've ever had. She goes above and beyond to make sure that all my issues are addressed. I had nothing but bad experiences here, previously but Cindy has unintentionally made up for those mistakes. That's is very much appreciated on my end.

I came there about 3 months ago for service A01, the day after service my A/C was dead, I did not come there during these 3 months because I did not drive to my office, but today I decided to come, they told me they charge me about 3000 bucks for A/C while I am sure the labors damaged my vehicle at previous service, anyway , I paid 80$ for nothing today and I am going to write a bad google review and sell my car, I’ll never buy Honda and never trust this dealership
