Romero was professional, courteous and very attentive. He helped put me at ease by ensuring that my concerns about my cars performance was safe and I need not worry about my girls while riding. The whole team was awesome.

The service advisor that was handling the service of my truck and communication with was unacceptable due to he failed to return my call multiple times. I called and left messages requesting he call me back with the status of the repairs on my truck and did not return my calls.
I am very disappointed in level of Daniel’s customer relations practices.

VW should offer free cleaning with each service. Also $100 is a bit expensive for a basic oil change. I was unaware of the price until it was too late. No one else charges that much for an oil change. Also this is a 2019 lease with 4k miles which should offer free oil changes.
