George was amazing! He was friendly, professional, and made my oil change appointment quick and stress-free. I really appreciated his excellent customer service.
On the other hand, my interaction with Julie was not as pleasant — she was not very helpful and came across as unfriendly. I only went over to her because she wasn’t busy and I had some questions. She didn’t want to help and asked me repeatedly where the person who had helped me was. Very rude.
Overall, George made the experience a great one.
