Long wait for car to complete service almost 7 hours, longer than promised. Didn’t get notified when my car was ready, not until after I called in twice. After returning to Honda, it was a long wait to pick up car. I was standing there for a long time watching the staff standing around chatting with eachother. My car has 41k mileage but charged for services not necessary such as check valve clearance, replace water pump, alternator belt, etc totaling over $1,500 of parts and service. Worst of all, my AC is not operating cool like it was before I brought the car in.

Suggesting more than 80 for a cabin filter replacement as well as leaving the protective plastic and paper in my truck after the oil change is insane. I will never be back to this dealership

John was great and my dissatisfaction wasn’t about him at all. It’s related to the service process: when I made the appointment, the person who I spoke with (who was great) told me a service advisor would call me to confirm that the service could be done. The advisor left a voicemail but I was in meetings all day so I texted the service number and asked them if the work could be done. I also emailed and asked if the work could be done. Nobody responded. That meant that the research on the part and the service wasn’t done and John had to do it when I got to my appointment. If the original service advisors responded to me and did that research, the part could’ve been ordered and I could’ve had the work done yesterday. Now I have to bring my car back again after the part comes in. Thats frustrating and not an ideal experience.

Swollen lug nuts is what they diagnost, they couldn't preform the tire rotation as in the service, not believing what I heard i researched and found information through ford that this is mainly caused by technicians using the wrong tools or the wrong method of removing the luggage nuts, so with that said norm reeves has been the only one that has done the last 5 tire rotations that now can't be done until the lug nuts have been replaced at a cost not covered by any of the 2 warranties I have on this vehicle, so after speaking with edwardo about this he offered no ther solution than for me to purchase the lug nuts, I have had this vehicle serviced by NR since I purchased it and there was always issues with the warranties and how to read or bill because there were 3 certified used, factory, and maintenance warranties. So I was very disappointed to see we are back at this again. So I will no longer be using you for service and will take my business elsewhere, I have bought my last 3 of 4 cars from Norm reeves cerritos and will shop elsewhere.

Nicole was away from her desk whenever I went to see her. And compared to other technicians she didn't explain what was done to my car. She didn't check if I have questions or asked a simple "how are you doing today?". And when i asked about coupons or discounts she seemed bothered and just said "I dont know if we have discounts". It's like you are literally in front of your computer can't you just check? She was rude and condescending and I'll try my best to not have her again. I want someone who truly wants to HELP.
