I found it time consuming and a little troublesome to have to deal with a service advisor when I was never told his name, and had never met him before. I suggest that when a customer checks in, that the service advisor’s name be emphasized, since customers have to find that person to check out.

I think it’s crazy that there is a known issue with Honda cars, yet the pattern has to pay for a known issue through Honda when it’s not their fault. It’s a manufacture issue. So now you have to put up with the issue because that’s all Honda can do.
