Didn’t schedule my appointment the first time, only when I called did they tell me it was missed. I showed up early today and was ignored for 6 cars after me, then given attitude when I asked someone for help. I was texted about service for my car I checked yes for the additional service and it said it would be completed. When I picked up my car none of the additional service was checked and it said I declined it? Declined what I never even got a call from anyone telling me about my service or asking if I wanted it. I am done here and will take mine and my families business elsewhere. This happens every time we go there.
