I was very impressed with the service I received from Steve he called me back in a timely manner noticed my appointment was set at a later date he asked me if I wanted to come in sooner I said yes Steve’s response was how is tomorrow. When I got to the service department Steve went over and beyond to make sure I heard and understood what my car needed Steve knew I needed to go into the office he said no problem Let me get you a loaner for the day. Steve called me when my car was ready and I have to say Norm Reeves Honda is lucky to have an employee like Steve Mendoza I definitely will be going back because of the customer service Steve gave me Great Job!! AWESOME experience!!

I really love your company, I dump LB Honda and purchased my last 3 cars from you. This is all I have to say, or you tell me it will be 9 hours, I will sit in the waiting room, no problem, but 9 hours and 10 minutes I will be pissed. I made my appointment a week ago for 1:40pm I was told 90 minutes after 90 minutes I went out expecting to see my car park, what I saw was my car being driven into the work area to begin the service. They did it fast I have no confidence you really checked out my car, I think you only changed the oil, I drive a lot and to have confidence I’m not going to get stranded is important to me, I don’t have that now. I’m thinking about going back to LB Honda for my next car

I took way too long for the service and I expected my car to be washed... we also have a Kia and there when we take our car for service, it comes our washed. No offerings like before, not even water for the customers... sad, really sad!
