Viviana and Lily were absolutely amazing! I was really having a tough day and a simple piece broke off my gear shaft. I brought my car in at 5:05 p.m. and they saw how ecstatic I would be (my two young kids were with me!) to get it done quickly and get them dinner that they got the car fixed in 40 minutes! They also did the recall of the Drivers side airbag. I see why your slogan is “Helpful Honda Dealers”. When we buy our next car (a minivan) hopefully next year it will definitely be at Norm Reeves Honda! Thank you again!!!!!
