It was a terrible service experience for which I met with Catherine Schlueter before leaving. I have also written a detailed written account and am submitting it to Honda USA in Torrance identifying all the specific failures in communication, some that present as outright lies leaving me to feel that I personally did not matter. My ordeal began at my scheduled 8:45am appointment time and extended until almost 1pm the following day. It is no wonder that Lexus, Toyota, Subaru and Mercedes-Benz appear in Forbes list of top 20 companies for customer service and not Honda. Finally I called back at around 2pm to talk with Ms. Schlueter since I had to leave to get my daughter to cheer practice. I was connected to her direct line and left a message on her voicemail to which I never received a call back.

When I drove up today to drop off my car they were swamped with vehicles coming in but despite that, service advisor Anthony Sanchez checked me in as quick as possible. He also managed to get me the last rental car available so I didn't have to wait there at the dealership. I've been helped out by him on several occasions and it's always a pleasure to be helped out by Mr. Sanchez.

I had an appointment for an oil change at 7:20 am. Two hours later I inquired as to the status of my vehicle and was informed that it was ready and parked up front. I don’t know how long my car had been ready for, but I would of liked to be informed immediately especially after waiting for two hours. I also feel like the dealership is deceiving. I say this due to the fact that I had a coupon for a $39.95 oil change, but was charged $49.95. The sales person did not offer an explanation. I had to ask why the extra $10.00 and he said it was due to the type of oil my car required. I would have liked the coupon to specify which vehicles would qualify for the $39.95 price. Furthermore I have been to many dealerships that offer a free car wash with any service purchase, but none was offered.

Met with a smile, took car right away, I knew before hand that it would be an hour or more to do the recall repair, Danielle called me when it was done about 45 min. The car was waiting for me washed and dryed. Thanks for a great job. I dont know why anyone would go to Fort Myers Volkswagon where you are treated like crap, when you can be treated by people who care.

The tires were not rotated nor checked. If the job was done correctly, I would not be stranded with a flat tire after the service. And even though, I called back, no one even bothered to call me back. I replaced flat tire w a nail in it (you definitely can see the nail when you rotate tires) with a new one. I need you to reset electrinics to remove "flat tire" notice on my screen. Please schedule me in Milda

Im satisfied with the service personnel. I’m disappointed in the VW product. Second time with the same problem with ignition. I never had a problem like this in 50 years of owning vehicles. Now it’s a $600 repair. Before purchasing this beetle, reviews said if you want to spend a lot of time with your vehicle in the repair shop you should purchase a VW.
