I came in for my first service with clearly mechanically damaged windows (on my 1 day old certified vehicle). After leaving my car for 2 days, all your team did was lubricate the windows. The day after I took my car back, the windows are damaged again. This was after Joeseph had told me the first dealership I took my car to, that refused to service it, had no right to refuse me and that some dealerships refrain from servicing cause they don’t want to deal with it. Well congratulations. You are the exact same. Useless. All your team is good for is going around saying “her brother .., hey brother,..”

During routine service, brake calipers were installed improperly resulting in dangerous intermittent stopping. When returned to shop, manager fessed up to the problem and repaired the problem at no cost to me.
