We have not recived our vehicle back as of yet. I was told a software update was needed to the transmission. I was told the same at my local dealer of el Monte. The issue continued the very next day. Due to covid and family passing away I had to time to return to the dealership. I have done research on this make and model and have found other people with the similar issues. I have had plenty of cars over the years and the way the transmission jolts when taking off is not normal. It's most noticeable after warming up the car and driving off.

The reason for our visit was to buy a tire and have it mounted. My husband paid the bill in advance then he was told the car was ready and was given the keys. The only problem was, the keys didn’t belong to our car and the tire had not been changed. The old tire was still on the car. My husband got his money back and left the dealership. We later returned after speaking to Cole in parts and he assured me that he had his hands on the tire we needed. We purchased the tire and went down the street to a tire shop and had the tire changed. I am not sure what was going on at your dealership but it was kind of like a three ring circus!
