Rafael was more than just doing his job... he went above and beyond. The service was covered under an extended warranty and getting through to them for approval was maddening. I know, I called them myself and was on hold for 45 minutes myself. Rafael worked hard to get it done and constantly kept me in the loop by text and direct phone calls. Outstanding service all around.

I dropped off my vehicle and left only the key. I did not think to leave the remote that unlocks the vehicle. The repair reprogrammed the car so that the remote could not open the vehicle. The only keyed entry on the driver side door was recently damaged due to attempted theft. I basically had no way of locking my vehicle which I discovered when I got home. Was lucky to come back to the dealership right before closing. This oversight should not have happened. It should be standard that the customer is not let go until both key and remote is in possession by the dealership for repairs.
