I am really happy with the service that service technician Ivan Cruz provided. He was excellent service when I got there to begin my truck inquiry service. And with explanation and payment process. What I am not happy about is that the mechanic that worked on my vehicle was not truthful on what they did to my vehicle, they said they did a service to it and they didn’t. I got 2 new front tires and they did an alignment as well, but they said that they checked the PSI on my invoice and they input the right numbers to it. The invoice said 35psi on each tire. When I got home and checked they PSI were all off, my front tires said 40 and 41, and my back tires said 31 & 32. So that means that the mechanic didn’t check the air on the tires but assumed all of them were 35. I take it to Ford dealership because I trust you guys with my vehicle but for my next service I might have to think about it twice. Again service agent/technician was excellent service.

Your service people are great. The car is not. I loved my old odyssey. This new one is a lemon. I was approached by a lawyer to join a class action lawsuit because multiple owners on the 2019 Odyssey are not happy they all received lemons. I’m thinking of joining the lawsuit. I’m tired of the service people just shrugging their shoulders and saying that’s the way the car was made. The old Odyssey was great, so I know Honda can do better.
