My car sat for a month before the service tech reached out. My insurance was having hard time communicating with managers & service tech. To get matter of full estimates processed and paid & come to find out parts were unknown when honda would have available. I was never told this i found out doing my own calling to a few Honda Parts dept including Norm Reeves Parts dept. Longer story short I had have my car transfered to another auto shop & claim was processed. $3900 estimate lost. I was willing to pay out of pocket & get reimbursed by my insurances but your service dept was dishonest nor offered to go that route but I figured it was because they had no clue when they could fix my car but rather hold my car for storage. I was unhappy with the process.

I need to say that the representative was rude and very condescending. I understand that they are there to tell me what my vehicle may or may not need, but he made sound like it was more of an order than an honest recommendation. His choice of words were wrong. He also told me that the tires I bought "a long time ago are worn out and that I need to buy some new tires " I've been going to this dealer for a long time and this representative is making me Not want to go back. There's more I would like to say but I'll stop now. Please tell your representatives to treat your customers with more respect. Thank you.

It’s very disappointing that in 2021 as a female taking your car into a dealership for service you are subject to shady work practices. I was told my car repair may not be covered under the warranty even though it was still within the warranty time and mileage for coverage. My husband had to call in, say the same thing I said but in a lower voice and magically the issue is resolved.
I am a professional, independent woman, however when it comes to cars, I need my husband to make the calls ? I take my car to the dealership for service not Moe’s fix your clunker, I expect the dealership to be professional too. I drive a 2018 Clarity plug in with 38K miles.

I drove up and told a gentleman that I had a noon appointment and he said ok and I could take a seat. I replied indoor or outside and he said it didn't matter. As I waited I noticed that my car was gone. I figured that it was being worked on. So after about half hour I noticed nobody had called on me and my car was parked at the end of the line. This was upsetting to me because I had an appointment and I was on a limited time frame.
Luckily Joshua and a manager helped me and rectified the issue and got me through in a very timely manner. It's people like this that keep me coming back to Norm Reeves Honda.
