Benito was very nice pleas know that. However I feel like I should share the feeling I got when I arrived. Before even getting out of the car, I was told I would be needing a $1,400 repair due to the numbers on my dash. Aside from the oil light, there was a number that indicated I was due for the 100,000 service. Then getting out of the car, we walked around it and he said my front brakes looked in need of replacement in the near future but back brakes were fine. I never had that experience before. It felt like a car salesman push. I was left w the feeling that maybe the dealership manager was pushing the service guys to increase sales by pushing the “extra” repairs. It felt like I was at Jiffy Lube which is why I was NOT there getting my oil change. But again Benito was very nice. A side note - when making my appointment, lady who answered was nice however I specifically asked, “can you please tell me if your coffee machine is available for customers”. We laughed because I needed a coffee for my morning. She said, she believed it was working today no problem. Well apparently it was not available at all ever due to covid. Something she should have known. I had to walk to Starbucks to get a coffee which I was not happy with because I would have picked it up before dropping off my car.

Had appt at 10. Was told it would take til 2. I said I hear a noise. I called at 2:17 to see what was going on. They said they will change the oil do the brake fluid. Well what the hell was going on all that time? I did mention I heard a noise under the hood and when I called they said they didn’t get to check it but make another appt to see what it is.... and that my car would be ready in another hour..... not good enough!!! 5 hours for oil change? Gotta be kidding me. I’m pissed!!!!
