When I had Angela Steward in the past as a Service Consultant, I received 100% Customer Service. Today, I received no receipt of credit card payment. There was no World Class Inspection Sheet attached with Red/Green/Yellow stating what was checked, may need future attention, or requires immediate attention.
Also I drove 2 minutes away, realized the Car Maintenance reset needed to be done, and came back. I was told to sit tight by outdoor service man, after I had waited 2 hours for a Basic oil change?
This was poor service on 04/10/2021.
