Service technicians as well as service manager have not remedied an ongoing issue I have been experiencing with my vehicle since nearly the day I purchased it new. I try to explain what the issues are and all I get is a bunch of BS from the service manager. My car had issues with the air conditioning system and they just refuse to address is properly. My vehicle has been in for service waaay too many times for only still being in the first 30,000 miles. I feel that they know my 36,000 mile warranty is about to expire soon so I’m getting the “brush him off” treatment. Extremely unhappy with everyone in the service dept that ive has to deal with. And the last experience I’m their basically the service manager washed his hands with my car and basically told me to “contact Honda” they’ve done all they can. Which is absolutely an unacceptable response from the dealer that I purchased my vehicle from. I would like to be put in contact with the dealers GM in charge of operations. I would like my issue escalated beyond the service manager. Please contact me via email or text at the earliest convenience

I purchased a service contract woth my vehicle. I plan on keeping it a long time so I asked at the time I purchased the contract how much more it would cost to upgrade the oil from semi-synthetic to full synthetic. I was told they could not add it to the contract but I would pay a small upcharge wjen I had service completed. When I purchased the truck the sales person introduced me to the service manager and I asked at that time how much I could expect to pay as an upcharge. The service manager said it would be about $16. After the first service I paid $24 a little more then $16 but I accepted it. The next service the upgrade was given to me since there were issues with the 1st service, it was done as goodwill and I appreciated it. Last week, I took my truck in for service and asked for the upgraded oil. When I picked the truck up, I was ASTONISHED when the service person said it was $54. Almost exactly 1 year ago I paid $24! How could this be? The cost of synthetic oil for 2 gallons at Costco is $33! #1 How nothing get cheaper these days, I understand that but 110% increase? #2 How could there be a $50 cost difference between 6 quarts of semi synthetic and 6 quarts of full synthetic. I understand your there to make money. I get it! I support it! But I already paid for the service! And to be quite honest, it's not even the money. it's the fact the 2 of the 3 times I have had service done at Norn Reeves Ford I leave questioning the integrity of the product, the dealer, and the service personnel . Please take the time to look at my Yelp review that had already been viewed 146 times and the comments people have left. The review also has images of both receipts. Like I said before, its.not the money that bugs me most, its the lack of integrity that makes me question everything. Not to mention that even though I called and asked for recalls to he addressed they weren't only to be told that I better get the recalls addressed because it's possible DMV may now renew my registration!!! Now I have to make another appointment to have the recalls addressed before I pay for my tags in June! Really sad.
