Came in for new tires.
They did not clean the soap/ or whatever is used on the tires to put onto the rims. I did not notice when I first walked out to leave. When I got home and saw it. It looked horrible. When you spend that much money things should look clean.
Other than that, Everything else was great. Raul E. Was very helpful and polite. Was nice enough to get me a shuttle home, because of the delay in extra work. So I didn’t have to sit and wait. I like receiving the mail out coupon or discounts. that are offered.

I had an appointment and checked in promptly. The wait was told about an hour and I waited 1h 30 mins or so not too bad. Considering I was able to get same day appointment. Experience was smooth and I always had a pleasant experience at Norm Reeves so far. It’s why I been bringing my vehicle back.

Checking in for service took nearly 1 hour, vehicle took 3 days to troubleshoot down to the battery, vehicle was 2.5 hours later than promised pick up time, status was only provided when I called. From a vehicle reliability perspective, this was the 2nd time the vehicle was in for the same issue.
