My experience was just over five hours and cost nearly $1000
Nothing against personnel; however, the procedure was somewhat disjointed! I sat in the waiting room for four hours with not even anyone approaching to let me know how it was going! Then, to make things worse after the four hours the car did not respond fully when I took possession had to bring it back and wait another hour. The total experience was a five hour nightmare! However, Anthony was sensational the young lady in there the receptionist was sensational but maybe you could fine-tune the methodology... If you were to Add the hour Drive round-trip plus the five hours I was sitting in the waiting room, a total six hour nightmare, I would like to be compensated for my time; i’m just saying! Yes I’m upset, and yes I’m disappointed in Port Charlotte Volkswagen... The question is, will it be a next time?!?!?!?!?!
