Rafael was very easy to work with and was honest with me. Which in my opinion is the most important part of the car owner and dealership relationship. He and the service department realized they made an error in servicing my vehicle and where honest about admitting it. Which you don't always expect from an auto repair facility. The service advisor Joshua Martinez did an amazing job. He was prompt in returning my calls and providing me with updates on my vehicle. Joshua was also able to accommodate my needs when picking up my car. I was also impressed how apologetic he was, since I was completely given the wrong price by another employee. Joshua was willing to make me happy and correct the inconvenience it had caused me. Joshuas service was the best I have ever received hands down at any dealership I’ve been to. Joshua is a great example of what every service advisor should be. Norm Reeves Honda should be great-full to have an employee like Joshua.
