The communication I asked for was not given to me. I asked to be notified of the eta of how long the service will take. Depending, I could have left my car and come back for it. Not until 2 hours after sitting in the waiting room I HAD TO GO FIND the advisor and then he gave me an update that my maintenance was covered under warranty and that it would be an addl hour wait. It is not ideal to have been waiting at the dealership from 7:30 to 11:00am.

No one called to tell me the car was finished, I had to call to find out. After spending nearly $700 for the work, the car developed a very disturbing shudder within 15 minutes of driving off the lot. We brought it back and are waiting to hear what will be done to rectify the problem to my satisfaction. As of right now, I will not recommend this dealership or bring my car back if there are still problems when I do get the car back.

I had a horrible experience at Honda World Westminster May 4Th. Then a friend told me to take it to take Norm Reeves, HB.. From the time I drove in & spoke to Service Manager I knew I was in the right place.. I did not want to drop the problem on them because I bought my Certified 2017 Odyssey from Honda World 6 months prior. I told him the story, he never once put Honda World Westminster down or said to take back. He was honest & very sincere, I had them drain & fill transmission fluid. They checked everything to find out what the jerking & jumping was sometimes when I accelerated the gas. I got a call from Jason Ung a couple hours later. Hearing this joyful voice on my voice mail, made me smile. He was happy to tell me good news. Everything was under warranty & I did not have to pay anything. My Van runs better than when I drove it off the lot.....I love the professionalism that Norm Reeves employees have... Thank you all, & Jason Ung thank you for such a great phone message....you now have a client for life....

Tyrell was very nice, but I arrived at 2:20 for my 2:30 appt, and did not get my car back until 4:00. The receipt says I got it at 3:30. This is the longest I have ever spent anywhere for an oil change and tire rotation.
In addition to that, it was the very next day I received an email coupon for $29.95 with expiration date the end of the month. Too bad they couldn't tell me that was available. I think I'll start saving my coupons from others.

Everything went well except the problem with communication. I hope the advisers would be more communicative esp through text messages when there's an issue brought up after car check-up. I replied that I wanted the issue fixed through text but I didn't hear back until I went over myself and asked if that was done before I pay and leave. That's all.
