Josue listened to the issues my car had, repeated what he heard and wanted the issue demonstrated so he was 100% clear on the issue with the AC. That was very impressive to me. He fixed the issue with the AC and the recall items quickly too. Great communication skills and very professional and humble. He is an asset to your dealership and service department.
