Oil change was great also got the engine air filter replaced !
However I declined the cabin air flter replacement at a cost of $98 +
I can replace this myself for $20 I felt insulted I’m a woman and a senior and call this practice a scam ! Also last time before I was there I had a wheel alignment done ! This time I drove hands free with no pulling to left or right !
I guess free maintenance comes with hidden ways for Hyundai to make money !

Overall, I’m satisfied. The oil was changed & my service reminder light was turned off. However, the wait time was a bit long. It was disappointing that additional service recommendations were not texted until about the time my car was supposed to be finished. After having waited nearly 3 hours for an oil change, there’s no way I was going to approve more work.

My service advisor was fine. But the condition that I was given my car back was wrong. Upon walking around and checking my car I see grease or oil stains from someone’s gloves on my exterior door handles. If I didn’t check I would have gone home to only fix the mess myself. Definitely disappointing because they had to see the stains when they brought my car up to me.

Last week, I went for an oil change and had two filters replaced. However, when I checked later, I realized the filters hadn't actually been changed. I returned to the shop, where the woman responsible admitted she forgot. It seemed like she was having a bad day and wasn't very attentive. This week, my AC stopped blowing cold air, so I took it in again. The staff member helping me was courteous, but when I picked up my vehicle, she forgot to give me the signed papers, and I had to go back again — wasting time and gas, which isn't cheap right now.
