Service tech left front bumper loose like he messed with it. I brought it in looking fine I understand I have zip ties on but they tried to take off nd left my bumper loose the front right side .i sent pictures called was told I would be called back never was . The way they left it plastic was rubbing tire nd almost messed up my light wire. Could have caused additional damage cuz way tech left it . Never was called to be informed that bumper had to be removed they tried nd decided not to move foward nd left it hanging. . Still waiting for call after I told the person who answered to have service person call me back

The day of pick-up, I explained to the driver that there was something hanging at the bottom of the vehicle, he told me he would let them know. When I got the car back the same piece is hanging but actually looks worse so I called the dealership, of course no one was available to speak with me and I was told someone would call me back. It is 7pm on 10/10/25, over 24hours since I made the call and no one has reached out. For the life of me, I cannot understand why the issue was handled and my car was at the dealership approximately 5 hours. I also don’t feel like I received excellent customer service when I am not even worth a return phone call. I will be leaving this same review on yelp. I think people should not the type of service they will receive after making a huge purchase from Cerritos Ford.
