Went in for oil change, plus to have system message checked out. Came in at 10am, left at 2:15pm!? Replied to text you send after my arrival to ask status of my car and got NO response!? Had to ask 2 times if my car was ready, 2nd time my husband asked after he saw it just sitting there (done) please inform customers when sending texts, and as soon as the car is ready- kind of boring just waiting in your lobby.
