Great customer service. Ramez Ramzy is such a professional, he helps us to address any issue we have with our cars. Ramsy was able to help us understand very well about technical and battery issue that we couldn’t get a clear answer from the other provider. Ramez Ramzy always goes out of his way to help even we weren’t his appointed customer that day. Second time we brought our vehicle in for service because our car needed an oil change, one provider suggested we rotate, balance and align all our tires. We did agree to it. During driving home we noticed all 4 our tires set to 24psi, which is lower than standard psi per recommended 32. And that trigger our low pressure lights to come on. We had to pump air in on all 4 tires thinking it will fix the issue. After 10 mins driving the warning light back again. husband had to do a reset, after another 10 mins driving the warning light back on again. So we took our car in without appointment, Ramez Ramsy was so helpful and fast he help us to do an investigation on the tires. Explained to us what the potential cause and give clear updates on it, and very quickly he found out it was a nail in my tire. We are so grateful for his help. He’s fantastic, excellent customer service, we will always come back to Ramez Ramsy for any Honda service.

Brake fluid exchange service was performed quickly. I was initially told it would take 1.5 hrs but it was done amazingly fast within 25 minutes! Great work Honda team!

Josh is great. I went for an alignment because my steering wheel was off and I kept turning to the right. On my way home it continued so I had to make another appointment.

Technician did not check and top off fluid levels. Needed engine coolant, battery coolant, washer fluid. This is not a reflection on Louie. He did a great job.

The oil change and filter was done very quickly as it was done within 1/2 hour. Also, I was greeted nicely and explained the process professionally. I'll be back.

Excellent Service ????

Issue after issue for a simple repair. Installed part wrong and it was me that saw the problem. Work needs to be quality checked before giving back to customer. Poor communication of completion of service to only find it was done wrong. Very disappointed with the service department. Strongly considering taking my service to a different Honda dealer.

Gary was great and extremely personable. He was friendly and put up with my tired and smart **** personality.

All the work was done correctly and fast. Employees were helpful and very nice.
