I have an appointment at 9:45 AM. I show up at 9:15 AM. Did not even check in until 10:10. Got my service done at 1:30PM. Did not received any text or call to find out if the car is done. I have to come to the desk to find out that my car is done. I am very disappointed.

They ruled it out as, suspension squeaking as being normal on a new car. Tell me how that makes sense. This should be looked at in Honda corporation.

I didnt get a call back in a timely manner when my car service was completed. I went to the dealership and saw my car parked for pickup. I dropped my car off at 8 am and went to the dealership around 130pm. Ive been taking my car here for 9 years and it has always been ready by 1pm at the latest. I only got my oil and filter changed. Holt did say it was a very busy day. I always drop my car off between 7-8 am.
