Aaron, my service advisor was great. He did a great job providing what he needed to provide. He wrote down everything I need to be done to the car my oil change he recommended a four wheel alignment which I decline and I also asked for him to put in the notes if they could put back the shield guard under the car, but was not done by the technician they had done the car and was not given my multi point inspection neither in text or in paper Which I know at the end of the day, the technician had to write down the motor point inspection give it to Aaron, but when I given, I thought I had it on the paperwork, but when I got home, it was not there

My appointment time was 8:20, but people that came after me was help first.I know doing an oil change is not a big deal, but it's still service and I would appreciated being treated fairly..Other than that, everything else was good.
