Hannah was amazing. She kept me up to date on the service :since I was waiting at the dealership. I appreciated her walking me through the initial inspection. All and all a great experience.

They always promise we will get the white glove service where they pick up your car and leave you a car so you are not empty handed and they never deliver!!! Every single time we have booked it we get a confirmation and then no one brings the car but only a person to pick up the car and they leave me with no car. Unreal. It has happened in more than 2 occasions. They just lie.

I scheduled an appointment with a 4-Hour window and dropped my car off at 9:00. I have two very young kids that are in Camp and when I went back at 215 to get my car they were just getting started on the service. I'm not blaming anyone and I wasn't mad but I feel like that kind of timeline is unacceptable. I had to ask them to stop the service Midway and put my car back together so that I could be on time picking both of my kids up for camp. As a single father scheduling my time is very important and a courtesy call in the morning to tell me that they were not going to be able to get to it would have helped me out a lot instead I sat around all day for 5 plus hours waiting for my car which was never actually serviced to fix the recall. Usually unsatisfied with my service at Toyota. This particular visit was an exception. Like I said a simple call in the morning to explain what have really helped me out a lot today.
