First off Jayden is absolutely amazing and I truly appreciate his patience, knowledge, and dedication. I also truly appreciate you all giving me the additional time to pick up my vehicle on my next day off. My reason for being "not completely satisfied" comes from knowing that once again, employees were sitting in my back seats for who knows what reason-the back seats were leaned way back and the box of a happy meal toy (yes I'm adult who has a super Mario toy box in my car but that's not the point) was
crushed like it was sat on. Can't prove it and it's my fault for leaving the car there longer than a day but it's upsetting to know that my car was likely a breakroom again (at least this time they only tipped over the mini trash can that had my empty water bottles strewn on the floor rather than leaving their trash everywhere. Still unsettling and don't really appreciate it. Hard to prove and I should have looked better before I left today so that's my fault
too. I just ask that you have people not use my car for breakroom purposes please? Just know that I'm dreading having to leave it again when the seatbelt recall goes live and I know I have to but really apprehensive now.

I went to replace the air cleaner and the existing filter was almost new; no discoloration or filth. The new filter was about $15 and only two snap clips to get to it; The whole job took about 5 minutes. You quoted about $80; that is quite a bit of profit margin!
I have not checked the cabin filter yet.

We feel frustrated that such a major repair came up within 5 months of our major 100,000 mile over $2,500 service on a car that is only 9 years old and has been painstakingly maintained. Perhaps this is not a service issue, but a general Honda quality issue. We’ve been Honda owners since 1984 and are disappointed.

All of the customer service employees I worked with from the service department to the sales department were friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.
Martin in the service department was very good at communicating all of the services that were available for my vehicle and the cost of each one.
Even when Martin was out, his coworkers stepped in and answered my questions. The team clearly works well together.
Alexis in the sales department did not make me feel preassured to purchase a new car and followed up with me in a respectful manner.
This experience makes me want to come back to Norm Reeves Honda in West Covina.
