It took a long time even with a appointment made. And I didn't care for his response when I questioned why it cost so much to just reset or clear all the "dealer service required" warning codes. All of which popped up right after I hooked my battery back up after I had to disconnect my battery to recharge it, because I left my radio on too long without having my car running, even though it was only turned on for just 15 minutes. He acted like all the warnings were real. That's why it cost me nearly $200. He didn't offer me a good reason why they had to do a diagnosis, even after I explained why there were so many trouble codes all at the same time. I just needed them cleared not taken seriously. Then he kinda got an attitude because I thought it cost too much for what was actually needed. Next time I'll do it myself!!!! And save the $200

I have to go back to get the horn fixed.
When I do, I will have to have a manager sit in my car and listen to the driver-side door plastic make noise. It was replaced a year or more ago with the same noise. Even though we know the problem, and the solution- at least one that last at least a year, we have to go through the motions, then order that part, and then I need to return yet again for replacement. I live in Yorba Linda, and it is not convenient. I’d like you to order the part now, so that when I am there to get the horn fixed, they can fix the door too. If for some reason the door fix is denied, then, I believe you can just send back the part- much easier than me going there and back two more times, for a total of six times.

Showed up for an appointment and waited 20 minutes in my car just to get written up. Estimated an hour for an oil change which was fair. Sent me a text saying there was a delay and a new updated time which is understandable. I was texted that I would be updated, which never happened. 20 minutes after the estimated time I walk up to the front desk just to see my car waiting outside. 3 hours for an oil change and unprofessional communication, very disappointed.
