I ordered a part that i was told was ready a week ago. I came to get it installed and it was not correct so now I have to waste another trip and another day of not having my car

I had previously mentioned an issue I had with the tires not being inflated to factory spec twice before (they inflated all tries to the same pressure when the front tires are supposed to be higher) and Marlene reached out to make it right. This time when I came back to get an oil change and mentioned to the service advisor about this repeated issue he reassured me they would communicate with the tech about this. When I did get my car back I immediately noticed they again made a mistake on the tires, namely that this time the tires were rotated but the PSI was not adjusted and the tire pressure on the front tires was 4psi below the back tires which is the opposite of what its suppposed to be. I took a photo and informed the service advisor but was unable to stick around for them to fix it since I was running late. Unfortunately I am no longer confident that this location does quality work if they cant even fill tires to the factory specs even when the issue was brought up prior to the oil change and has now occured 3 times. I am frustrated because I am going to have to pay to get another oil change from somewhere else since I cant even trust this location is using the correct oil for my car since they dont seem to be aware of what the factory specs are supposed to be.

Miss M. Madrigal is straight to the point what they will do with my car. She was so helpful when I told her that I have to pick somebody and if the service on my car can be done asap. It was fast. I got it earlier than what I expect.

I felt like I didn’t really matter to the guy working on my car. He never called me to discuss issues with brakes , so I didn’t know what “had” to be done asap , and what could wait until payday. I used to love bringing my car to you guys at Toyota dealer , but not now. Didn’t feel like anyone cared about me as a customer.

Service didn’t check everything I asked. I was also called and asked to make an appointment for a recall that isn’t available yet. When I asked about a scratch mark, the tech asked “someone” about the scratch and gave me an auto body and paint location ( I have paint protection) and I was ended up removing afterwards at home without help.

Everything went well with the service.

Benito Torres greeted me warmly-during check-in, I mentioned that the splash tray may have been damaged. The technician(s) inspected the tray, changed the oil and filter and replaced a couple of fasteners. Thanks to the technicians, everything went smoothly and my CRV was ready in a little over an hour. Benito always keeps his customers happy!

John listened to my requests, understood them and proceeded.

Benito was great! Super helpful and nice. Explained to me everything that they were going to do that day, when I should come back, how to maintain my cars health all while being genuine and doing it with a smile on his face!

Enrique is always helpful. He’s a great service advisor. He lets me know the time frame is going to be and it’s always less. That’s why I always go to Cerritos. He’s the best, great job having him on your team.
