The service rep was great. However, I had an 8:00 appointment. I arrived at about 7:50 and waited for A HALF HOUR!!!!!!!!!!!! before anyone showed up to take care of me. Unacceptable!!!!!! Also the bathroom was a mess. I will possibly bring my car to another dealer for my next service.

I waited in check in line for over 12 minutes when I arrived.
I was waiting for my vehicle in the waiting room and got a call from my husband telling me the car was ready because they called him at home instead of using the number I supplied at check-in (my number). not sure how long I would’ve sat there if he didn’t call me.
