Louie was rude and he did not do what he said he was going to do by having the information available for me to get my car repaired as we had spoken about. He was very short and not informative . I was not satisfied with his customer service. Also he wasn’t present when I returned to pick up my car and the information he said he would have ready for me was not there and someone else had to assist me with that information. Very disappointing.
