I appreciate your waiting lounge with accessible outlet for my devices and the WiFi. I haven’t checked whether you topped off my window fluid (which you always say you do but the past 3 visits you didn’t) Despite a year or 3 of disappointing services (like the time they didn’t screw my oil cap on and it was a pain in the ****!) I’ve had a long and good relationship with your service department and I’m hopeful that this service will reflect the excellent service I’ve experienced prior to 2019. I’d like to say it all comes down to windshield fluid, but after my last experience, I must say... It all comes down to whether you screwed the oil cap on tightly!
